The talks between the top leaders of the three major three parties and the United Democratice Madhesi Front (UDMF) held at the prime minister's offical residence on Thursday has ended wihtout reaching any deals. The meeting struck no deals after the UDMF stuck to its guns saying that all the issues including the constitution amendment bill should be resolved 'in a package', said Madhesi People's Rights Forum Chairman and Deputy Prime Minister Bijaya Kumar Gachchhadar. Chairman Gachchhadar reiterated that the government is serious on resolving the Madhes issues through dialogue. Emerging from the meeting, Federal Socialist Forum Nepal Chairman Upendra Yadav said the current government cannot revise the amendment bill and even if it is endorsed, it will not accommodate the Madhes issues.
