By giving these employees a 20-year lump sum retirement pension is given. The employees retired on pension from age 58 to 80 years old will be given a lump sum pension system since 22 years. Employees of preschool age up to 6 years, 4 months' salary per year by giving additional amount of redundancy is given. Thus retirement is taken, an employee of 50 years up to 6 years to 24 months' salary if he would have the additional feature.
