Most of the time whenever tries goes on for an agreement in Kathmandu some incident would have happen in Terai/ Madhes.

Earlier when three major political parties and Madhesi morcha were having meeting in Rani Custom office of Birgunj, Rajendra Mahato created an incident. On Thursday too same thing repeated. When the meeting was going on in Baluwatar, in Rangeli of Morang there have been clashes between Madhesi morcha activist and police, three people lost their lives.

Eastern Terai that has been silence since few days ago has again become turbulent. On Wednesday in Rangeli there had been again clashes between the police and activist. When there were clashes going on In Rangeli it had been turned into battle field for some time. Three have been died in the clashes and few from activists and police have been injured and admitted in the hospitals.

Nepal Youth Association of the CPN-UML had organized a program in Rangeli. Prime Minister and Chairman of CPN UML KP Sharma Oli also were also going to attend the program according to the popularity but there was a public policy of Madhesi Morcha activist to interfere in the program. For the disturbances in the program morcha had done strike too at Rangeli.
Prime Minister Oli did not go to Rangeli to attend the program though aggression of Madhesi morcha did not stop. UML General Secretary Ishwor Pokhrel was the Chairman of the program and to interfere in the program Madhesi Morcha activists were presented their along with the domestic weapons said, police. Police used club, tear gas and also bullet fire to control Morcha activist.
