In December 2014, I was sufficiently blessed to be recompensed a grant by the Canadian Rhodes Scholars Foundation, and I have in this manner been acknowledged into a MA in Linguistics at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver. Being picked by the Foundation was an exceptionally unique honor, and I anticipate setting the best illustration for them and my forthcoming place of graduation when I touch base in Canada. My scholastic hobbies inside of semantics fall comprehensively inside of dialect change, Romance Linguistics, and certain parts of pragmatics, for example, refutation. I plan to do unique examination with Brazilian Portuguese and possibly Canadian French, albeit living in Vancouver additionally offers the extraordinary chance of working with First Nations dialects of Canada. My time at Oxford has been an exceptional ordeal yet the possibility of producing another life 5,000 miles away is a blending challenge, for which I am interminably appreciative."
